Tiffany Forsythe, a native of Virginia, began dancing at age 6 and currently has over 2 decades of dance training including: African, Ballet, Broadway, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Pointe, and Tap.
Tiffany was accepted and trained at the Old Donation Center for the Gifted & Talented in Virginia Beach, VA and also trained at Norfolk Academy in Norfolk, VA under the close supervision of Elbert Watson, a formal principal dancer of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company. Tiffany has competed in several dance competitions and won scholarships to attend Summer Intensive Programs including SouthCarolina Summer Dance Conservatory and the Virginia Beach Ballet Academy.
Tiffany began her professional dance career by earning a full dance scholarship to George Mason University’s School of Dance Program. Tiffany continued her dance studies at Norfolk State University, where she was a member of the Spartan Legion Band as a Hot Ice Dancer.
Since relocating to Central Florida, Tiffany has entertained thousands of guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. She has also trained at The Center For Contemporary Dance in Winter Park, FL, where she was casted in a featured role of "Broadway Our Way" as 'Evillene' from excerpts of "The Wiz."
Tiffany has performed with dance companies including Moore Dance Project, where she performed "Sacred Slaves Stories" in NYC and Dawn Branch Works’ "Eden: A Modern Retelling of The Story of Eve" and "Journey: A Walk Through Faith."
Tiffany continues to perform in community events and train at various dance studios fulfilling her eagerness to learn different dance genres and techniques and is also expanding her dance skills into gymnastics and aerial arts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family including her son who is an actor, model, musician, songwriter, and track athlete.
Tiffany is excited to be joining the cast of “In The Groove” as a performer and choreographer. She dedicates this show to her mother because without her dedication and support she would not be here today.
